Refunds are not available but substitutions are very much allowed.  Substitutions can be made onsite at the conference or by submitting the required information by opening a new help request and providing the required information.  What we need is the following:

  1. Original Attendee Name
  2. Original Attendee Confirmation Number
  3. New Attendee Name
  4. New Attendee Job Title
  5. New Attendee Phone Number
  6. New Attendee eMail Address
  7. New Attendee Management/Non Management Status

We will need the above information for each person you intend to substitute for.
